This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the terms under which registrants may cancel their participation in Scholar Summit events and, where applicable, receive a refund. All requests must be submitted in writing to contact@scholarsummit.org.

Virtual-Only Registrations: Non-refundable at any time.
Transaction Fees: Processing and banking fees are non-refundable.
Email: Send your full name, registration ID, event name, and new registrant details (if transferring) to contact@scholarsummit.org.
Confirmation: You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days.
Processing Time: Refunds (where due) are processed within 30 days of approved cancellation via the original payment method.
Eligible Period: Transfers permitted up to 30 days before event start.
Process: Email the original registrant’s name and the new attendee’s full details to contact@scholarsummit.org.
Fee Adjustment: If the new registrant’s rate differs, the difference must be paid; no additional refund if cheaper.
Postponement: Registrations automatically transfer to the new date. You may request a full refund within 14 days of postponement notice.
Cancellation: If the event is cancelled entirely, registrants will receive a 100% refund of registration fees (excluding transaction fees). This refund is the sole liability of Scholar Summit.
In case of travel bans, government restrictions, or force-majeure events:
Transfer Option: Registrants may transfer to a future event at no penalty.
Refund Option: If transfer is not feasible, request a full refund by emailing contact@scholarsummit.org within 14 days of the force-majeure declaration.

Allow up to 3 business days for acknowledgment and up to 30 days for refund processing.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
