What does my registration fee include?

Your registration covers:

  • Coffee breaks, welcome & networking receptions
  • Lunch each conference day
  • Digital conference materials (eabstract booklet, agenda, speaker bios)
  • Attendance certificate (printable PDF issued after the event)
  • Access to all technical sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and networking events

Yes! We offer tiered group registration rates:

  • 3–4 delegates: 10% off
  • 5–9 delegates: 15% off
  • 10+ delegates: 20% discount
    Please reach out to groups@scholarsummit.orgto request discount codes and complete your booking.
  • Cancel 120+ daysbefore the event: 80% refund
  • Cancel 90–119 daysbefore: 50% refund
  • Cancel <90 daysbefore: No refund, but registration may be transferred to a future event
  • Virtual-onlyregistrations are non-refundable
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable
  • All requests must be submitted in writing via admin@scholarsummit.org
  • Keynotes: 30–35 minutes (including Q&A)
  • Plenaries: 45–50 minutes (including Q&A)
  • Featured Talks (Oral Presentations): 20–25 minutes (including Q&A)
  • Poster Presentations: 10–15 minutes per presenter (with Q&A)

English is the official working language. Presentations, materials, and discussions must be conducted in English. Simultaneous translation services are not provided, so please arrange your own if needed.

About Our Event

How can I reserve an exhibitor booth or become a sponsor?

We welcome corporate participation! To inquire about sponsorship or exhibition opportunities, email sponsors@scholarsummit.org. Our packages include booth space, branding, speaking slots, and digital visibility. A sponsorship brochure is available upon request.

Yes! Registration transfers are allowed up to 30 days before the event.

  1. Submit the original registrant’s name and new attendee’s details to admin@scholarsummit.org
  2. Both parties will receive updated registration confirmation

Most sessions will be professionally recorded.

  • All virtual passesinclude unlimited access to recordings for 90 days post-event
  • Select on-site attendees may access recorded content via a secure portal after the summit

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available in all conference areas for all participants. Instructions and access codes are provided on-site.

  1. Visit the relevant “Submit Abstract” page for your chosen summit
  2. Follow instructions for abstract formatting and length (typically 300–350 words)
  3. After submission, expect an acceptance or rejection notificationwithin 3–4 weeks
  4. Upon acceptance, submit your presentation slides at least 7 days beforethe event
